Founder & Managing Director

Stephen Bielby has built a career around operational delivery, stakeholder engagement, events, and organisational support across a wide range of sectors.

His experience includes working with membership organisations, trade associations, conferences, exhibitions, hospitality businesses, manufacturers, and consultancy clients, supporting projects ranging from day-to-day operations through to large-scale events and organisational coordination.

Stephen is particularly recognised for his practical, hands-on approach, strong organisational skills, and ability to work effectively across multiple stakeholders, suppliers, committees, and operational environments.

Over the years, he has successfully coordinated conferences, trade exhibitions, networking events, member engagement activities, operational projects, and stakeholder communications, helping organisations maintain professionalism, efficiency, and momentum during busy periods and organisational change.
